Our Story
TTG was built out of a simple realization: most IT support is reactive.
After more than 20 years working with technology through Thompson’s Home Entertainment, we saw the same pattern everywhere—systems only got attention after something failed. That led to downtime, panic calls, and recurring issues that never fully went away.
We built TTG to flip that model. With deep roots in structured wiring, networking, automation, and integrated systems, we understand technology from the ground up—how it’s installed, how it’s connected, and how small problems turn into big outages when they’re ignored. Our job is to keep things stable, secure, and boring (in the best way possible).
